Chili & Fish Sauce

Chili & Fish sauce is a very common condiment in Thailand. It is used as flavoring on almost every type of dish to enhance it's flavor. Just a simple fried rice can get kicked up to a top notch restaurant flavor just by adding this sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 0.2 Oz Thai Chili
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/3 Cup Fish sauce
  • 2 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Lime juice

Method
 

  1. Cut the chili and garlic into very small pieces. In a small bowl, combine the fish sauce and lime juice. Add in the sugar and stir until dissolved.
  2. Combine the liquid mixture with the chopped chili and garlic mixing lightly. Set aside.
