- 0.2 Oz Thai Chili
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1/3 Cup Fish sauce
- 2 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
Cut the chili and garlic into very small pieces. In a small bowl, combine the fish sauce and lime juice. Add in the sugar and stir until dissolved.
Combine the liquid mixture with the chopped chili and garlic mixing lightly. Set aside.
