Chili & Fish Sauce
Chili & Fish sauce is a very common condiment in Thailand. It is used as flavoring on almost every type of dish to enhance it's flavor. Just a simple fried rice can get kicked up to a top notch restaurant flavor just by adding this sauce.
- 0.2 Oz Thai Chili
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1/3 Cup Fish sauce
- 2 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- Cut the chili and garlic into very small pieces. In a small bowl, combine the fish sauce and lime juice. Add in the sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Combine the liquid mixture with the chopped chili and garlic mixing lightly. Set aside.
