Chili & Fish sauce is a very common condiment in Thailand. It is used as flavoring on almost every type of dish to enhance it's flavor. Just a simple fried rice can get kicked up to a top notch restaurant flavor just by adding this sauce.

  • 0.2 Oz Thai Chili
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/3 Cup Fish sauce
  • 2 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Lime juice


  • Cut the chili and garlic into very small pieces. In a small bowl, combine the fish sauce and lime juice. Add in the sugar and stir until dissolved.
  • Combine the liquid mixture with the chopped chili and garlic mixing lightly. Set aside.
